5. Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the business — hosting (Cloudflare, AWS), email and marketing tools (Google Workspace, Mailchimp, HubSpot), CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), accounting and payments (Stripe, Wise, Payoneer), call-center platforms (Five9, Zendesk). Each provider is contractually bound to protect your information.
• Authorities when we are required by law to disclose information.
• Professional advisors (lawyers, auditors) when strictly necessary.

6. International transfers

Because we work with clients and tools across multiple countries, your information may be transferred to, stored in and processed in countries other than your own — including Pakistan, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and the United States. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards to protect such transfers.

7. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to resolve any disputes. Marketing contact data is reviewed annually and deleted on request. Project data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 24 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

8. Security

We follow industry-standard security practices: encrypted connections (TLS) on every page of our site, access controls, MFA-protected administrative accounts, encrypted backups, vendor security reviews and a documented incident-response process. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your data and we will notify affected individuals and authorities as required if a breach affecting personal information occurs.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete data; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent at any time; and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your jurisdiction. 10. Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with an updated 'Last updated' date. Significant changes affecting existing clients will be communicated by email.
